    Wink Solved: Select from lists

I am using Excel 2003 but will soon move to 2010.
This is my problem. I have done it, I have seen it but I don't remember.
column 1 contains main products (Electronics, Radio, Misc)
column 2 contains sub products (Computer, TV etc....)
column 3 contains brand namnes (Sony, Nokia, etc.....)

If I choose Electronics in the first column only products from the list of electronics will be shown, if I choose Radio only the list from Radio will be shown and so on.

Is this a data validation list(s)? If so, you need to have a sheet where products go across the top, with the subs listed below. Name all of those lists. Then your first DV can use row 1, the secondary can pick up the named list based upon what is in DV 1.
