Help to generate week ending from days as per financial new

Hi All,

Is there a way to determine the week ending and set same to the date as per the start of a financial calender year and it continue to place the define week ending until the next monday.

see attached file for better idea.

for example

date : 3-07 it place the defined week ending of 03-07
date : 04-07 it place the defined week endinf of 03-07
thhis continues until the next Sunday and on Monday the week ending becomes 10-07.

i have give it many tries till now and is still struglling with.

=A4-WEEKDAY(A4,2)+7
