Inverse Percentage

Need help getting inverse percentage from two cells. I have C2/B2 where b2=100 and c2=95 which would give me 105.26% I just want the 5% not the 105 can anyone help. If I reverse them I get 95% so again how can I reverse and get 5%. With b2 and c2 constantly changing. I would like to have help with this function. I have tried multiple ways but I am not having any luck with conventional math functions as I know excel works differently. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

=b2-c2
=100 - 95 = 5

c2/b2 = 0.95 or 95%

=1 - c2/b2
=1 - 95/100 = 0.05 or 5%
