Import historical stock quotes

Hello programmers,

I want to ask if anyone have a code that can import historical stock quotes. Rows and columns have to be the same as in the attached file. It should be possible with alot of stocks...

It has to be historical observations, for example from finance.yahoo.com.

Had it hanging around and don't know anymore who made it.
