xla working on xp 2003 / xp 2007 - not working on win7 / 2007

Hello

I have an xla file, that is working nicely on XP with office 2003, also on xp with office 2007

It worked also on windows 7 with office 2007.

Now I have a new version of this xla.

when I try it on windows 7 with office 2007 - it starts, asking me to enable macro, asking me to allow Activex and that's it.

All the ribbons are disabled. and nothing happens

What I tried:
I added Msgbox and Stop command in the Auto_Open. Tried it where it works (XP + 2007) and the xla really showed Msgbox and stops.
I hoped it will behave the same in Win7 + 2007 to allow me some debugging, but its not.
It looks like it even does not get to the Auto_open...

Have a look at the security settings of Excel 2007, you may have it set to not trust installed addins and activeX components.
