Question Word 2010 VBA - run macro on open/enable macros

I have a template that is set up to display a user form when the template is opened. However the enable macro security bar pops up, and does not allow it to run. After I click enable, the macro still does not run. Is there any way to tell it to run after the user has allowed macros? Other people will be using this same sheet, so telling my computer to always allow macros will not work. I am still very new to VBA, so any help is appreciated

My expreience has been that it will not run the first time. But it will run after enabling macros, close doc, then reopen. (If security setting for macros is medium or low.)
