I forgot to ask Nilem who solved the post about the col totals also moving when a new row is added. Have attached an update to the original.

Thanks for the help once again works great and so simple when you know how eh!!

If it's not to much trouble is it possible when selecting from the combobox TbPos that if any selection except 1st is selected - £0.00 is placed on the row in column F.
