I managed to solve.
look
= SUM (IF (FREQUENCY (IF (A2: A19 = zin, MATCH (C2: C19, C2: C19, 0)), ROW (C2: C19)-ROW ($ C $ 2) +1), 1)) + CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER

you could also use Advanced filter>filter in place and the click the checkbox for show unique values, that way it's one less volatile formula to worry about
