    Hi All..

    I need ur help in drawing a graph with the following datas.

    The below are the start and end time for a job tat ran for the dates 1st nov 2011, 12 dec 2011, 14 dec 2011

    Date JobID Start_Time End_Time
    2011-11-01 12345 2011-11-01 23:12:24 2011-11-02 03:01:24
    2011-12-12 14567 2011-12-12 12:12:24 2011-12-12 21:53:32
    2011-12-14 18673 2011-12-14 17:09:02 2011-12-15 07:24:43

    Y AXIS:Time (eg. hh:mm)
    X AXIS: Date (only the dates which is mentioned above)

    The graph can be a bar or line graph..

    Can you please help me by giving me the steps to insert such a graph.. is t possible??

    It would be better to attach your data in a workbook.
    MVP (Excel 2008-2010)

    Hi...

    I have already tried this..
    But this is not my case.. I want to indicate both the job's start and end time in the y axis itself. I dont want the run time (End tme - start time) as my Y axis.
