problem when downloading xlsx file.

am having some problem when am downloading xlsx file for the site, all file are being converted to php format.

can anyone clarify me on that please.

I had that happen quite awhile ago, and can't remember details, but I believe I resolved it by rebooting.

I have already tried rebooting and have even check the program compatibility but the problem is when being 1st downloading it already converted to php formats not even have the time to use the program compatibilty.
