    formula correction

    hi,
    I want the formula in o4 cell of final sheet to give the sum,also the graph created from the table is not responding as per drop down menu.
    ps-- I want to start the month from aug'11

    I've looked at your enclosure and can make no sense of your statement. If you can't take time to be precise, I've no time to waste to look at this further.

    Hi,
    Sorry for this,ok here goes the explanation
    In the workbook each sheet has different tables,Now our table for reference is table J3:T10.
    Now this sum of each qty and value should get reflected in Final sheet which is also the master sheet where N4:O10 have formulas that connects data from all these sheets.
    There is also a graph in sheet called R&R which is the graph of final sheet.
    Now the interesting part is it connected to 2 dropdown list one month and the other Material type,now the data should change at the change of each drop down.where I am facing problem.

    The formula is too complex for me to follow. I suggest you build it up in successive rows to enable values to be evaluated and determine where any error occurs.
