Simple exercise in VBA

Hello,

I have to make an exercise for school can someone help me!
- I have to generate 20 random numbers and calculate the average value of those numbers
- Behind the number that is just below the average value there has to come: "number: just below the average value".
- Behind the number that is just above the average value there has to come: "number: just above the average value".
