I am in the process of writing a book on Office 2002 Certification. I want it to cover all of the way up to Master so I have to cover all apps - Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I am looking for any hints, tips, and suggestions that could be helpful in getting certified (either Specialist or Expert level).
