Is there a way to have a form letter with dropdown box choices to fill them from EXCEL? I have a frequent letter to send out and the names, addresses etc. are in an EXCEL spreadsheet. Any help would be appreciated.

Why don't you use the Mailmerge feature instead of VBA?
