    macro to display mail merge data

    Hi All;

    i have a mail merge template which is being used in MSCRM 2011 i want to display data in two different format on same template

    Format 1: display all the products and thier description

    Format 2: display data according to catagory (Example if the data has two Catagories of products(A and B) then first All A products and print the Subtotal of Product A And after wards the Product B and Subtotal for Product B

    how can i achieve this please help
