Assign Keyboard Shortcut to Ribbon Item Excel 2007

Hi,

How do I assign Keyboard Shortcuts for the Custom Ribbon items Excel 2007.

The items will automatically be assigned Alt key shortcuts. A simple way to assign your own is to have your Ribbon callbacks call macros in the workbook and simply assign shortcut keys to those macros as normal (through the macros dialog).
