I have attached the excel sheet; where I stuck in VBA Macro code for "Select" tab in user-form.

Please advise for the proper code so I can complete the my excel sheet.

What do you want the list box to do?
What code do you already have and how does it not meet your needs?

I'm moving this thread to the Excel Help section since there isn't much Mac specific about it.
