Unhappy Solved: Find value, input into a different column

    Hello,
Ive been messing around with different ways but none of them seem to work so now my brain is fully boggled and googled out I ask for your help again.

I have a sheet called "Current Member" which asks a user to input an ID into D5 and a Membership number into D7 then press submit.

I want the submit button to search the sheet named "Data" in column B for the ID (D5) and paste the membership number (D7) into column R on the same row as the ID.

Also I want it to write "Yes" in column Q.

Im sure this is super easy but my brain is in meltdown.

any help would be great! Thanks
