comparing spreadsheet

need help with comparing the spreadsheet example i have sheet1 & sheet2.
i need take the cartage and airfreight in sheet1 - sheet2 and get the result display it on sheet3.my excel is in the attachment can any one help thx

Do you want to display the difference?

=Sheet2!D2-Sheet1!D2

Or if you want to compare if they are the same or not.

=Sheet2!D2=Sheet1!D2
