To get in Excel the URL of the opened Webpage ?

I wish to get by an Excel Macro (VBA) the URL web adress of the webpage (or pdf document) which is currently opened.
I would like too, automatically, in order to make an Excel webpages documentatikon database file :
- to save the web page/or PDF link,
- to retrieve in an Excel sheet the publishing date of the document
'- to look up for some key words from an Excel file thesaurus in the web document and, if found, to index the Excel sheet with those keywords.

I have got EXCEL 2007 and Explorer/or Chrome. Do I need some specific other software or add-in ?

I see you have had no responses to your question. I expect this is because you appear to be asking for development of an entire solution, rather than asking help for a specific technical problem you are trying to solve.

I suggest you break up your problem into smaller parts so you can ask help with solving those small steps.
