Was there a way through VB to disable or not allow any changes to the conditional formatting.
I am using the disable cut copy paste
and was looking for something similar but for conditional formatting.

How about formatting the cells that need to be edited as not "Locked" for protection then protecting the sheet disallowing format changes?
