I need to automatically download Excel files from an email that comes every morning and copy the data to another Excel file, which I'll name "Practice". I already made a "rule" in Outlook to filter only the emails that will contain the necessary files, then I found some code online to use that will automatically extract the Excel files from the email and export them to another folder on my desktop. However, I need the VBA code to also take the data from those exported files and automatically copy it to "Practice". Help? I listed the code I've used so far below to extract emails:

Sub Test()
'Arg 1 = Folder name in your Inbox
'Arg 2 = File extension, "" is every file
'Arg 3 = Save folder, "C:\Users\Ron\test" or ""
'If you use "" it will create a date/time stamped
'folder for you in the "My Documents" folder.
'Note: If you use this "C:\Users\Ron\test" the folder must exist

SaveEmailAttachmentsToFolder "MyFolder", "xls", "C:\Users\IRBJOA\Desktop\North_American"
SaveEmailAttachmentsToFolder "MyFolder", "xlsx", "C:\Users\IRBJOA\Desktop\North_American"

End Sub
