    I have to apologise, I was looking at unanswered questions, recognised the question but didn't spot that this was in the PPT section.

    balumail75, sorry I messed up your question and in doing so made it look answered - it may be an idea to start a new thread (perhaps with a moderator being notified).

    What version of Powerpoint are you using and is the chart one that's been brought in from another MS Office application?

    chart is inbuilt inserted. from PowerPoint 2007.
