excel pivot table problem

I have a pivot table that I have used for years with Excel 2003. Now I have migrated to Excel 2010 and I have several issues. The most perplexing has recently popped up. The table lists the clients names and displays invoice, date, Month, and total. After refreshing recently, one of the row headers (client name) was changed to "Excel" instead of "Mrs. John Smith". All the related data is still displayed and correct but "Mrs. John Smith" is gone. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I have fixed the table for now . I remade the pivot table exactly the same as it was on another sheet and no "excel" shows up!

did a misfired search and replace change that? A sample would better help understand your problem.
