Dynamic chart ??? VBA

Hi i want to make a dynamic chart but i am stuck.... i do not know how to make it work ???

Here is the file it will be easier to show what i wanna do then write all about it.....


ps pivot table is no good for me...

btw maybe someone knows how the vaule (red ) will change depends of rows in column 1 (date) (see file) INDEKS($B$1:$G$13;13;$L$3)


Any help would be great
