How to add fancy controls to userform

How to add any fancy controls to userform instead of old MS controls.
Example fancy buttons round or other shaped with glossy colors etc....

The easiest way is to work with an image control on a userform

The ability to format is pretty basic, and it doesn't allow you to use PNG files without some extra work

ICO files work easiest and format the nicest (my opinion)

Good news is that there is a lot of very nice ICO files available.

So if you find ICO files in shapes, colors, patterns that you like I think that'd be the fastest
