Code not working!

Hi, this is my first post. I'm an intern and I've been tasked with writing up a function VBA that does some simple calculations. The math is solid but i keep getting #VALUE! error - This is my first attempt at writing something in VBA so any help would be greatly appreciated.

As you will notice i'm using other previously written functions in that one but they all work so I think the problem lies in the structure of my code.

The WWW is a wonderful powerful tool but it does not allow us to to peer objectively at workbooks or code not available to this forum. May I suggest that if you kindly go to the textbox,click on Go advanced, Manage Attactments and follow the prompts from there, you will find a more natural if not earthy way of getting a workbook that we can follow. And yes, include your code.....
