Create report from data

I have data in Sheet Data and would like to make a report to the Sheet Result. By cutting duplicate data in each row. Then be rearranged as needed. Please help me.

Your attachment makes no sense, you also need to tell us what data needs to go where!, you also need to tell us how the rearrangement should be.

Have you used the macro recorder to record your actions? this will give you a very good starting point.
