MS Excel Macros to Update Spreadsheet automatically

I am trying to Create a Macro that will cut Repetitive work for me.

i get a file that is includes Targets thar are manually input on an excel speardsheet. i want to create a macro that will automaticall populate the figures onto my main spreadsheet as shown in the attached file.

please assist with tips and tricks to do this. as i have tons of spreadsheets to update.
