VBA to ungroup only selected values

Hi

I'm stumped with a scenario where i have group rows 1-10, 11-21, 31-41 as seperate groups.

Now based on condition1 when its true i want to ungroup only rows 1-10 and rest needs to be grouped.

Any idea?
