Combining multiple columns into 1 for pivot table

Hi
Does anyone know of a way to combine 20 columns into 1 or even if its possible to do in a pivot table.

I am trying to combine the codes in the columns named EC1 to EC20 so the pivot table reports for each dealership the appropriate error codes & text for each error code.
row 12 contains 5 error codes which need to be listed together instead of having 5 pivot tables, want them to show in 1.
Have attached an example for ref
