Sending Emails from Excel Via Outlook 2007

Hi!!!

I have data in excel File, With Emails ID (Repeated ID's), Now Every day i have to send Data to Particular Id on Daily basis

Actually, it is Calling Data, Say Hardeep have 100 Data to Calls, then every morng i have to send the Email to Hardeep

It is Possible to send All Leads to Particular ID from Outlook, Rather than copy and paste in another Sheet then send frm outlook 2007 Manually,
