Need help on reconcile two worksheet

My Workbook a.xls contains 3 worksheets as follows.

dataset1
dataset2
dataset3

dataset 1 contains following
12121121121211211211212121211211221212121212abacab41112112

dataset 2 contains following
ABABABABSBBABA12112112ABABABABSBBABA21112112ABABABABSBBABA31112112ABABABABSBBABA41112112
Based on the column c matching, I need to copy the row into dataset3 worksheet

datasheet3 should contain the rows of dataset2 & dataset1 if the column c matches.

ABABABABSBBABA12112112 1212112112121
ABABABABSBBABA4111211221212 abacab41112112
I am a begineer to vba excel and i am trying to work out this as well. Appreciate if there are any suggestions.
