    Can't open my presentation

Hi, I'm in need of some serious help please.
I have a presentation to give tomorrow morning at 08-30 GMT.
I have produced my presentation and saved to CD, the employer will only accept a CD and it must be in 1997 - 2003 format.
When I go to open the CD to check this message appears:
    The address wasn't understood

Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (d) isn't associated with any program.

I'm by no means an expert so if anyone can help please state in one liners.
Appreciate any and all help guys, job interview is resting on it!!

What version of powerpoint and how did you save to CD. What version of Windows?

Does the CD have to contain JUST the ppt?

    Hi John,
I'm running PowerPoint 7 on Windows XP.
The presentation can only contain the presentation due to the nature of the job application.
Someone has said I have lost the .ppt but not sure what on earth that is?
    Regards,

If you go back to PowerPoint can you open the presentation again.

If so save it onto the desktop as a 97-2003 presentation (in save as type)

Then burn this file to the CD.

Tried this John, same message appears.
Beginning to think I'm completed **********
I have the presentation saved on my desktop as 1997 - 2003, I can open it from there with no problems.
When I burn it the same message appears as it keeps trying to open with Firefox.
    Regards,
    TC
