Use 2 Combo Boxes to Search for a Record

Below I have a link to a video to help explain my question and problem. I am wanting to search for existing records in a table by using 2 combo boxes. One combo box will choose an existing variable (the part number) and the other combo box with control another existing variable (operation number). copy the following link to browser

It won't let me up load a link. Please search youtube for

    Try this:
    1) Create a new blank database.
    2) Import only the objects from the front end and back end required to make the form work.
    3) Replace any confidential data with sample data.
    4) Include just a few re cords in the table. Just enough to demonstrated what you are doing.
    5) Run Compact to shrink the database.
    6) ZIP the example database.

See if that is small enough to post.
