    just my 2 cents, a good way to learn excel.

    Excel using VBA, Excel operations using functions, Excel Dashboards... etc..

    What are you aiming for?

    for me my best bet, is to practice and apply, use this great community and Google helps a lot also.

    There's a lot of books out there, pick one which author you find interesting and easily to grasp.

    I haven't read this ebook but try to search this on the web "Formulas and Functions Excel 2010 ebook"

    Look for books written by John Walkenbach, John Green, Stephen Bullen, Rob Bovey, Michael Alexander or Guy Hart-Davis
