Question Characters limit in Excel's Cells

It is a known fact that although it's possible to enter into a cell (in Excel) approximately 32,000 characters, it possible to view and print only 1,024 characters!

I would like to ask you if it's possible to bypass this limit, and to enable viewing & printing all the characters that are being entered (in my cell I should enable the users of the WorkSheet to enter up to 1,300 characters).

    Thank you.

Post a workbook with sample data and layout if you want a quicker solution.
