    Report Layout

I am farelly new to Access, I have created a report which contains up to 250 records. They are Listed in 2 Columns 7 Pages Long. Instead of using 7 pages to print two columns (waisting paper) I want to have several columns of Data on one sheet ( 6-8) in Landscape layout 8 1/2 - 11 paper, Or as few sheets as needed to report 250 entries.

What version of Access are you running?

To rotate the page layout go to page properties with the report in design view. There you can select the page orientation and also the number of columns.

You may be able to redue the font size to save space. Also make sure there is no white space above or below the text box. This will get you maximum space usages.
