    Can anyone help with the formula below that doesnt work, i need to check two values in my if statement

    =IF(AND(L4 = "47/3",C4 <today),1,0)

    Nothing syntactically wrong with the formula (bar the missing parentheses in TODAY()).

    Do you really expect a text value of "47/3" in cell L4?
