List Conditional Formatting on Separate Sheet:
Would it be possible to create a list of conditional formatting on a separate sheet, as indicated in the attachment?
The list will show the type of condition, the sheet and cell where the conditional formatting resides, plus the conditions and formatting of all the conditional formatting occurrences. (See attachment for example output)

It's scuh a plethora of CF combinations.
Can you post a file that contains the CF's you are after ?
