i have got problem how to make VBA Code for "desired result column" with lookup value as parameter...

name	product		lookup value (type manually/copy paste)	desired result
joe	item1		frank	item2
	item3			item5
alisa	item4			item6
frank	item2		alisa	item4
	item5		joe	item1
	item6			item3
etc..

for anyone would help me, thanks in advance....
