split database with table import errors

Hello,

I have a database into which I import a series of files using saved imports.

Some of the files give import errors which create and error table in Access. I dont care much about these as I dont use the the data in that field just yet (I could just not import that field but I may need some of the non violating data later).

I split the database but when I run the saved imports it wont work for the tables that have the errors.

Is this just the behaviour with a split database/linked tables.............wont it create the same error tables which you can handle.................or will it just not work at all

I would try re-creating the saved import as Access doesn't like it if you when you change things.
