VBA or Macro (If text maches change colour of other cell)

Hi all

Would greatly appreciate any help you can offer..
I wish to write a macro that will search the content of a number of cells to see if any given text matches another cell. If it does I would then like it to change the colour of the content of another cell green other wise make it red.
If you could provide some example of scripts that might help that would be great.
