    Lightbulb Based on Condition Merge and CountIF & Apply

    Hi,

    Conditions always lengthy to explain in short terms; therefore I made simple explanation with dummy file.
    I called so far a project work.

    Looking through attach file, can anyone take challenge to solve this thread? It will be helpful to me as these now a days taking me a lot time do by manually.
