trying to copy a cell to a different cell automatically

i have two worksheets. One is for the details of every ID, and the other is a summary sheet.

For the summary sheet I use VLOOKUP to fill in most of the cells. However there is a cell there which I update the current status of the ID.
I want that status to be updated immediately on the corresponding ID row on the detail sheet.
Detail sheet
Column 1(ID) Column 2-10 (certain details) Column 11 (current status)


Summary sheet
I have a blank cell where I just input the ID then rest of the summary will lookup at corresponding cells in details.
I have another blank cell for inputting current status of the ID
I wish that to automatically reflect on column 11 of the matching row. or with a hotkey if possible.
