macro to delete data based on time

I have some data in an excel file and column B has minute by minute time data for a year.
I would like a macro that it will keep the rows with times:
05:00:00 to 05:20:00
06:00:00 to 06:20:00
10:00:00 to 10:20:00
12:30:00 to 12:50:00
13:30:00 to 13:50:00
14:00:00 to 14:20:00
15:00:00 to 15:20:00

and DELETE the rest of the data.
Can you please help me?
