Allow only choose 4 colors

Hi.
Is there any way I can do within a tab, only these 4 colors are available for coloring?

When filling in the data tab, the user chooses one of the 4 colors (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow).


What I need is to prevent the user choice, light green or dark green etc.

Why? If you are using colors to indicate some sort of status, you're much better off by using an entry in a cell to indicate that status. That way you can easily do calculations based on that cell and also you can use Validation to limit the choices the user can make.
