Match words in 2 cells

Hi,

Mr A Smith in cell A1, Mr Alan Smith in cell A2 - I'd like cell A3 to say at least one of the words matches - any help on the formula appreciated.

Could be Mrs & Mrs A Smith vs Alan Smith etc
