Showing help on object elements from a form?

Hi all,
I've got a form with multiple tools buttons, each of them executing some action on data in the sheet.

I would like to showsome help/instructions text for each of them individually, either when the mouse stays on it (like it does on icons) or with right click mouse, or any other way. I tried to understand the HelpcontextID stuff on the web... but with no success.

A command button on a form has a property called ControlTipText that you can display text directly under the button.
