Action for Mouse "away"

I know how to assign an action to a Shape - Mouse Click and Mouse Over.

But is there any way to assign an action for "Mouse Away" ?

For example, there is a red circle which will change to green color when mouse over it.
Then I want this circle to change back to red color when the mouse not hover on it (mouse pointer move away from the circle).

Is this possible in Powerpoint 2010 ?

Umm....I just think a not very smart method.
I insert a bigger transparent circle behind the colored circle. And set its action to change the color to red.
When the mouse pointer move away from the colored circle, it must reach that transparent circle. So the color change.
